Sporting Events Bring Big Business to Lansing Area

Katelyn Ohashi an American former artistic gymnast, came to the Lansing Center as a destination for her Drop It Like It’s Hot Gymnastics Invitational Tour, hosted by LR Productions! Katelyn is a six-time All-American and was a four-time member of USA Gymnastics’ Junior National Team, the 2011 junior national champion, and the winner of the 2013 American Cup. She is well known for incorporating popular dance elements in her floor routines, globally trending social media networks, and four separate perfect 10 floor routines, this was a sellout event with around 900 athletes competing in the building surrounded by family and friends.
