Lansing Entertainment & Public Facilities Authority (LEPFA)
LEPFA is the City of Lansing’s independent body managing key city owned venues like the Lansing Center, Jackson Field, and Groesbeck Golf Course. LEPFA is focused on operations, marketing, and economic growth. Its history involves consolidating management of these public spaces to improve efficiency.
Mission
To provide professional management toward the administration, operation, marketing and maintenance of Lansing Center, Jackson Field, Groesbeck Golf Course and community/regional interest events.
Through our commitment to service excellence, we provide outstanding experiences for our guests. By providing safe environments and developing strong relationships with our diverse clients, sponsors, and business neighbors, we serve as a catalyst to enhance both local and regional economic growth.

- Date: 4th Tuesday of each month (no meeting in July or December). Date, time and location are subject to change all the call of the Chairperson.
- Location: The Lansing Center, 333 E. Michigan Ave. Lansing, MI 48933. All meetings are held in-person.
