Vehicle Compliance

  • Fuel tanks must contain less than ΒΌ tank of fuel and no more than (5) gallons.
  • Fuel tanks must have a locking cap.
  • Protective covering must go under the vehicle to prevent stains/spills on the floors. Additional clean up fees may be applied.
  • Battery must be disconnected.
  • (1) set of vehicle keys WITH NAME & CONTACT PHONE # of the vehicle owner/driver located on the key ring must be given to the Lansing Center Security office.
  • No vehicles may stay inside or on the Lansing Center property after move out/customer contracted time. Unauthorized vehicles are subject to ticketing and towing.
  • the Lansing Center Security will check the guidelines for each vehicle on move in and show days.

Failure to comply with the above regulations as deemed by the City of Lansing Fire Marshal and the Lansing Center may result in ticketing, removal of vehicle, and possible towing.
