The Ingham County Treasurer holds two auctions every year to sell properties that have been foreclosed upon for unpaid property taxes. Properties sold by the Treasurer are typically blighted and in need of repair.

Through the auctions they are looking for investors or motivated individuals who are capable of rehabbing these properties for the benefit of the individual, neighborhoods, and county at large. They invite interested parties to attend the auctions or auction Q&A sessions to ask questions and meet other people who have gone through the process.

They welcome the public to get involved to improve the neighborhood, improve the community, and improve the county!
