Other Rules, Regulations and Guidelines
Animals and pets are not permitted in the Lansing Center, except in conjunction with an approved exhibit, display show, etc. Service animals are welcome.
Use of the Lansing Center’s equipment, supplies, and other materials is limited to the Lansing Center personnel. The movement of the Lansing Center furniture, fixtures, and equipment, must be performed by the Lansing Center personnel only.
the Lansing Center telephone numbers may not be published as official show or convention numbers.
All distributed materials, whether for sale or at no cost, must be distributed from locations approved in writing by the Event Coordinator.
Soliciting is not permitted in the Lansing Center or on the Lansing Center’s grounds.
The Lansing Center provides the following services on an exclusive in-house basis:
- Cleaning
- Catering
- Electric/Internet/Telecommunications/Water
- Parking
- Security
Any and all unsafe acts will be terminated immediately upon request. The Lansing Center will remove disruptive parties, as is reasonably necessary.
In accordance with Michigan law, absolutely no outside alcohol will be allowed to be brought onto the premises.
Individuals exhibiting behavior indicative of intoxication or use of a “mood altering” substances will be expelled from the Lansing Center’s premises.
