Properties sold by the Treasurer are typically blighted and in need of repair. \nThrough the auctions they are looking for investors or motivated individuals who are capable of rehabbing these properties for the benefit of the individual\, neighborhoods\, and county at large. DESCRIPTION:The Mid-American Global Education Council (MAGEC) sponsors model United Nations conferences for high school students and their teachers.  They focus is on multilateral organizations as they try to help bring the world into focus for students from across the Midwestern United States and Ontario. \nWith hundreds of years of combined experience\, MAGEC’s volunteer conference staff is one of the most experienced on the high school circuit. Staff is composed of former delegates of MAGEC conferences\, ranging from current college students engaged in international studies and collegiate model United Nations\, to mid-career professionals in the fields of government\, politics\, academia\, media\, and international organizations.
