SUMMARY:Grand Concert Series
DESCRIPTION:Get ready to sing\, sway\, and get carried away with musical notes along the Grand River. Lansing summer vibes are back as the beloved concert series returns to the Riverfront Plaza behind the Lansing Center. On select Thursdays from 6-8 pm\, starting June 4 through September\, this free\, family-friendly concert series will feature a variety of musical genres from regional artists. There will be a blend of music ranging from jazz\, soul\, funk\, Motown\, rock\, folk\, R&B\, country\, and classic rock.\n\nA bar along with light refreshments for purchase will be available at each concert courtesy of the Lansing Center. Attendees can bring their own chairs and their best dance moves as limited seating is provided.\n\n*This event depends on the weather and will be canceled ahead of time if storms are expected.\n\n\nFor ongoing updates and line up of artists\, please visit the Grand Concert Series Facebook Page.

DESCRIPTION:The Ingham County Treasurer holds two auctions every year to sell properties that have been foreclosed upon for unpaid property taxes. Properties sold by the Treasurer are typically blighted and in need of repair. \nThrough the auctions they are looking for investors or motivated individuals who are capable of rehabbing these properties for the benefit of the individual\, neighborhoods\, and county at large. They invite interested parties to attend the auctions or auction Q&A sessions to ask questions and meet other people who have gone through the process. \nThey welcome the public to get involved to improve the neighborhood\, improve the community\, and improve the county!
